i was born bold, but i always stood hesitant and puzzled in front of the blank empty surface of the drawing space .. it's like, how am i going to shrink this whole vast universe into that frame for you to see?! does this make an artist of that person in the above ID? does this make an artist out of me?
maybe...
all i know that what you see in this gallery, does not express what truly i am, i've still not reached that level!
after my family's return to Cairo back in the 90's, i joined the school of fine arts where i learned to oppress my passion for the sake of academic art rules! But my post graduation life has shown me enough to rebel against this oppression, to explore the passion once more and to let go of all the academic "shrines"!!

Simply im an astronomer and a geologist who decided to become a painter.
